We arrange home care across Essex, Morris, Union, Bergen and Somerset counties, including Short Hills, Millburn, Summit and Westfield. Care is arranged from our office at 788 Morris Turnpike, Suite 201, Short Hills, and our caregivers come to the home. We hold New Jersey License HP0435100. Care at home
In-home senior care for the days, the nights, or both
Some families need a few hours a week. Others want someone there overnight, or living in.
- Live-in home care
A caregiver lives in the home and helps through the day, with agreed rest time and a night's sleep.
- 24-hour home care
Caregivers work awake shifts, so help is there at any hour of the day or night.
- Overnight care
An awake caregiver for the night hours, so everyone in the house can rest.
- Hourly home care
Help for the hours that are hardest, from a few mornings a week to full days.
Any of these can be companion care, for company, meals, the house, errands and rides, or personal care, which adds hands-on help with bathing, dressing and moving around safely. We also offer memory support at home and help after a hospital stay.

Is there an office I can visit in New Jersey?
Yes. Our office is at 788 Morris Turnpike, Suite 201, Short Hills, NJ 07078, and our New Jersey care team answers (973) 315-5323. You can start with a call or a short request, and a registered nurse then visits at home to write the care plan with you.
What is the difference between live-in care and 24-hour care?
With live-in care, a caregiver lives in the home and has agreed time for rest, including a night's sleep. With 24-hour care, caregivers work in shifts and stay awake, so support carries on through the day and the night. Tell us what a typical day and night look like, and we'll help you choose.
Can you help someone living with dementia?
Yes. Our caregivers complete dementia training, and our nurses hold the eight-hour Certified Dementia Educator certification. The care plan is built around the person's routines, and it changes as their needs do.
How do families pay for home care?
Endurance is private pay and does not bill insurance directly. Long term care policies sometimes reimburse home care, and we will read yours with you at the consultation and help with the paperwork. Medicare does not pay for ongoing daily help at home.
