Reading this site, or sending a request through it, means these terms apply to you. They cover this website and the consultation requests and phone calls that arrive through it, nothing more. Consultations and contact

A consultation request is a request for a phone call. Sending one, or calling the office, means you are asking us to reach you back at the number or address you gave, about the care you asked about. That is the whole of the consent it carries: we use it to return your call and to arrange the help being discussed, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time on the same line. Please send accurate details, since the first call starts from what you wrote. A request does not begin care, hold a caregiver, or commit either side to anything. Care starts only when a service agreement is signed, and that agreement, not this page, sets what is provided and what it costs. You can schedule a home care consultation whenever you are ready.

The site is offered as it is, and while we keep it accurate, we cannot promise it is complete or uninterrupted at every hour, so decisions that matter should be confirmed with a person on the Client Support Line rather than taken from a page alone.
