What happens when I request a call?

Someone from our care team calls you to talk through what has changed, the help that would make a difference and how families pay for care. If you’d like to go ahead, a registered nurse visits at home and writes a care plan with your family. The call is free, and there’s no obligation.

When is it needed?

Where care is needed, so we can check that we cover it. If we don’t, we’ll tell you right away.

You can stop at any point and nothing is saved. This isn’t an emergency service. If someone is in danger right now, call 911.

If you’d rather just talk, call us. Nothing has to be written down first. Caregivers and job seekers, please call our hiring line at (203) 309-3169.

Questions before you call

Is the call free?

Yes. The first conversation is free and there's no obligation. Nothing starts until you say so.

Will I get a care plan right away?

No, the plan comes later. First we'll call to talk things through. If you decide to go ahead, a registered nurse visits at home and writes the care plan with your family.

Which number should I call?

Families in Connecticut or New York call (203) 936-6847. Families in New Jersey call (973) 315-5323. Caregivers and job seekers call our hiring line at (203) 309-3169.

What happens to what I tell you?

We use it to help with your request. It isn't sold, and it isn't shared without asking you first.

What if we decide not to go ahead?

That's fine. There's no obligation, and if you ask us to stop contacting you, that takes effect at once.
