Endurance Home Care privacy policy
One key to the box, and it is not for sharing around.
Stamford, CT · Client Support (203) 936-6847
This privacy policy explains what information Endurance Home Care collects through endurancehomecare.com and its consultation forms, and how that information is used and protected.
We collect what we need to call you back.
Scope
Endurance Home Care is a home care agency working out of 60 Long Ridge Rd, Suite #214 in Stamford, CT 06902. This policy covers this website and the consultation requests and phone inquiries that arrive through it. It is written to be read once, in plain language, rather than filed away and never opened. It does not replace anything set out in a signed service agreement, and where the two speak to the same thing, the agreement governs. If a line here is unclear, the Client Support Line will answer it faster than another paragraph would. What the agency actually does is set out under Endurance Home Care home care services.

This policy describes what this website does, which is deliberately very little. The site sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, and runs no analytics or advertising tags. The only information that reaches us through it is what you type into the Care Plan form and choose to send.
What is collected
Three things reach us, and they arrive by three different doors. Nothing on this list is gathered for its own sake, and none of it is asked for before it is needed.
When you ask for a consultation
- Your name
- So the person calling back knows who they are asking for
- A phone number or email
- So we can reach you at all
- What you tell us about the situation
- So the first call starts further along than the beginning
When you call the office
- The number you called from
- So a dropped call can be returned
- Notes from the conversation
- So you do not repeat the story to the next person
When you read the site
- Ordinary web request information
- The routine record any website receives when a page is served: the page requested, the time, a browser identifier, and an IP address
- Third-party trackers
- None. This site loads no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no chat widget, no font from a third-party host, and no social embed
- Cookies
- None set by this site. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to
- Site interaction events
- If a consent-managed tag container is ever added, this site can report which buttons were used and on which page. It is built so that a care note, a diagnosis, a name, a phone number, an email, or a ZIP code can never be included in that report
How it is used
What you send is used to coordinate care and to talk with you about it. That is the whole of it. A consultation request is a request for a phone call, so the information in it is handled as what it is: the material needed to return that call and to arrange the help being asked about. Inside the agency it reaches the people doing that work and stops there, because a coordinator who is not on your household’s schedule has no reason to read it. Anything a specific service agreement requires us to share is set out in that agreement, in writing, before it is signed.
What it is used for
- Returning your call
- Preparing for the consultation
- Arranging and adjusting a schedule of care
- Reaching you about care already in place
Who sees it
- The office staff who answer the Client Support Line
- The coordinator building your schedule
- The caregiver matched to the household
- Anyone a signed service agreement names, and no one else it does not
Keeping it, and your choices
How long it is kept
An inquiry is kept while we are answering it and while care is running, and after that only as long as our own records obligations require. A consultation that never turned into care does not need to sit on a server for years, and it is not treated as though it does.
Who can reach it
Access inside the agency is limited to the people coordinating the care it belongs to. None of this is medical record keeping: Endurance Home Care provides daily-living care only, and nothing collected here is a clinical file.
What you can ask for
Call and ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you. One call to the same line handles all three.
