Senior services and transport in Harding
Harding Township doesn't run a senior center or a transport service of its own. The volunteer Harding Township Senior Citizens group, for residents 55 and over, meets on the second and fourth Thursday of the month except in July and August, and Morris County's paratransit system, MAPS, serves the township.
MAST, the Mendham area senior transport, lists Harding under the towns it serves, but it says its riders are residents of Mendham Borough and Mendham Township, so check with MAST before counting on it. A caregiver can handle the driving, to appointments, errands and the group's meetings.
