What is a Care Plan?
A Care Plan is a free, private conversation with an Endurance care advisor. It sets out what has changed, which care model is likely to fit, what drives the cost, which questions are still open, and whether home is the right setting at all. It carries no obligation, and the full written report follows the in-home assessment.

Or call a care advisor
Choose the office serving your family. Both numbers are direct telephone links on mobile and remain easy to use on desktop.
An advisor can respond to the details in context, and nothing has to be written down first.
Questions before you call
Is the Care Plan free?
Yes. It is a conversation, not a billable service. There is no obligation attached to it and no commitment implied by asking for one.
Which office should I call?
Call (203) 936-6847 for Connecticut or New York, or (973) 315-5323 for New Jersey. Each number reaches the client support line for that market.
What happens to what I tell you?
We protect your information. It is not sold, and it is not shared without asking you first.
What if we decide not to go ahead?
You keep the information, and if you ask us to stop contacting you, that takes effect at once.
Prefer to read first? How it works walks through the whole process, and paying for care covers cost. The services overview explains each care model. Or call (203) 936-6847 in Connecticut or New York or (973) 315-5323 in New Jersey.
